Before you book - Important Information


Your enrolment is only valid if you receive both a confirmation email and an invoice. If you do not receive these, it may indicate a technical issue that could prevent you from taking part in the exam. Please contact us immediately if you have not received them within 24 hours (also check your spam folder).

Participation for all candidates must be confirmed to the FEI at least 25 days in advance. Therefore, any request sent after the enrolment deadline cannot be processed.


The 10:00 start time shown on the website and in your confirmation email refers to the overall exam schedule, from the earliest oral exam to the end of the written test.

Your individual oral exam time will be indicated on the Convocation Document, which you will receive before the exam day.
