TCF - Espace Candidat

Dear Candidate,

France Éducation International, the organisation responsible for administering the TCF, now provides you with an online candidate portal dedicated to your TCF journey.

Once your test centre has registered you for a TCF session, you will receive an email invitation from no-reply@france-education-international.fr to create your TCF Candidate Account. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered with your test centre, no earlier than 8 days before the start of your test session. If you do not receive it, please remember to check your spam or junk folder.

Using this portal, you can:

1. Check the date and location of your test.
   
2. Verify that your personal details are correct.
   
3. Track the progress of your test session.
   
4. View your results and download your certificate.
   

How to create your TCF Candidate Account

1. You will receive an email from France Éducation International at the email address you provided when registering with your test centre, inviting you to create your TCF Candidate Account via a secure link. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
   
2. Click the link in the email to begin creating your account.
   
3. You will be redirected to an identity verification page. You will need to enter:
   
   • your date of birth;
     
   • your country of birth
   • the answer to a simple verification question (to confirm that you are not a robot).
4. You will then be taken to the TCF Candidate Account registration page.
   
5. Enter the email address and password you wish to use for your account. Password requirements are displayed on the website.
   
6. Once your account has been created and you have signed in, it is essential that you carefully check your personal details. If you notice any errors, please contact your test centre as soon as possible so they can be corrected.
   

You can sign in to your TCF Candidate Account at any time to check the progress of your application.

Your personal portal will also store all TCF certificates issued from 1 January 2026 onwards. These certificates will remain available to view and download for three years from the date your results are issued.

Important:

The TCF Candidate Account is managed entirely by France Éducation International. Alliance Française Glasgow does not have access to the platform's technical features and cannot activate accounts, reset passwords, or resolve technical issues.
