We are delighted to welcome Richard Mowe, the Director of the French Film Festival UK, to give us an exciting preview of the films that will be screened in Glasgow during this year’s festival.

In this talk, Richard will provide an introduction to the films, giving us a taste of the themes, genres, and stories we can look forward to.

About the guest : 

Richard Mowe is an arts and features journalist working across Edinburgh, London, and Paris. His contributions span newspapers, radio, web media, and television, with a focus on cultural affairs, entertainment, and cinema. He is the founder and director of the French Film Festival UK and co-director of the Italian Film Festival. Richard Mowe has been honored as an Officier in the French Order of Arts and Letters.

The presentation is open to all students and friends of Alliance Française Glasgow. However, numbers are limited, so we encourage you to register in advance to secure your spot.
