Heure du conte - Mars
Date: 15 Mar 2025, 10:00am - 11:00am GMT UK
As part of the ‘Semaine de la Francophonie’, we are excited to invite you to a storytelling session in French!

Storytelling offers the perfect way to encourage the love of languages and literature.
Join our librarian Garance to discover one of the stories by Belgian author Emmanuelle Eeckhout. The session will be followed by a sea-themed craft activity to encourage creativity and play.
About the author : Emmanuelle Eeckhout was born in 1976 in Charleroi, Belgium. She has been drawing since childhood, filling every piece of paper she could find with her artwork. After studying illustration at the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels, she worked in a public library, specializing in children's literature, where she gained exposure to a vast array of works.
This event is part of the Semaine de la Langue Française et de la Francophonie, taking place from March 15-23, 2025. It's a celebration of the French language and its power to inspire, educate, and bring people together.
