Need Help Ordering a Course?

Welcome to Alliance Française de Glasgow! If you're new here or having trouble placing an order, don’t worry — here’s everything you need to know:

1. Choose Your Class

• Go to the Course Selection Page.
  
• Pick the class level, day, and time that suits you.
  
• Click “Select” to add it to your cart.
  

2. Membership (Library Access + Event Discounts)

• If you don’t have a valid membership, or if yours is about to expire, you’ll be asked to select a membership.
  
• Good news! It’s free for Any Alliance Française students.
  
• Membership is valid for 1 year from the date it is granted.
  
• You must select it if prompted — skipping this may prevent your order from going through.
  

3. Admin Fee

• You may also be asked to select an admin fee if:
  
  • You’ve never paid it before
    
  • Yours is no longer valid or is about to expire
    
• The admin fee is also valid for 1 year.
  
• You must select it if it appears — skipping it may block your order.
  

⚠️ Trouble at Checkout?

If your order doesn’t go through or you selected the wrong items:

1. Click the Cart icon at the top-right of the page
   
2. Clear your cart
   
3. Return to the Course Selection Page and try again
