DELF and DALF diplomas
The DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française) and the DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) are official diplomas awarded by the French Ministry for Education certifying competency in French for foreign candidates.
The DELF and the DALF have been organised since the early 90s. It is a widely recognised diploma based on the levels of the Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR).
Since 2005, the DELF and the DALF certificates
are harmonised with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages from the Council of Europe.
Who can take these tests?
Anyone who wishes to validate their French language skills may sit the examination.
Young people under the age of 18 may choose to sit for the DELF Junior, and children younger than 12 can take the DELF Prim.
We run two exam sessions per year for the A1
