About the author: Margaux is a French-born, Glasgow-based writer, cook, and critical thinker. She has a rich background in Comparative Literature and extensive experience in the literary world, bringing a unique perspective to the art of storytelling. She is the author of two novels: "Breaststrokes" (May 2024) and "The Yellow Kitchen" (July 2022). Her short story, "Fernanda’s Fish Soup," was the runner-up in the 2022 Harper’s Bazaar short story competition. She also writes "The Onion Papers," a newsletter on storytelling in the kitchen.
