Join our teacher Meriem for a Café Cinéma to discuss French cinema in a relaxed and francophone environment.

Our Café Cinéma will take place on-site at our premises on Friday afternoon.

The film selected in April is "Inconnu au Bataillon" de Alexis Loukakis (2021):

"Le 11 novembre 1918, l'Allemagne capitule. L'armistice est signé. Dans les jours qui suivent, l'état-major envoie une lettre : La France doit honorer la mémoire de ses soldats en nommant un soldat inconnu. Dans un régiment d'infanterie basé dans la Somme, le caporal Solal et les soldats Malard, Klein et Maestracci, sont désignés pour parcourir les champs de bataille à la recherche du cadavre idéal."
