As part of the of this year's Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival, the Alliance Française Glasgow is hosting two special events:
TALK
'The Eiffel Tower and Kelvingrove Park: how Paris and Glasgow welcomed the world.' Join us to celebrate the 130th Anniversary of the Eiffel Tower and learn more about the Glasgow & Paris International exhibitions with a special talk by Professor Peter Jackson. Wednesday 18th September, 6-7.30pm.
ART WORKSHOP IN FRENCH FOR CHILDREN
Children and their families are invited to take part in a special Art Workshop; this is an ideal opportunity for children aged 3-12 to discover famous French artists through paintings of the Eiffel Tower. They will be able to recreate their very own artwork to take away, using different art techniques and materials! Saturday 21st September, 11am-1pm.
