Craft O’Clock – Paper Roll Fish

Craft O’Clock – Paper Roll Fish

Easter weekend is coming soon!  In lack of inspiration to entertain your kids?

Do not worry, the Alliance Française Glasgow has the perfect activity to keep your child(ren) entertained!

Do you know how we celebrate April Fools' Day in France?

Around Easter, children in France have a special April Fools' tradition: every 1st April, they will use paper fish to play a trick. This involves sticking a paper fish onto the back of as many adults as possible. And then running away yelling “Poisson d'Avril"!

Now it's your turn! We want to see your most beautiful fish!

Watch our tutorial and learn how to create your very own April fish/'poisson d'avril' with everyday objects. Send us a photo of your creation by 5th April to culture@afglasgow.org.uk or tag us in your post!
