French Guided Tour for kids- Viewfield Lane Gardens

French Guided Tour for kids- Viewfield Lane Gardens

Celebrate the spring by joining us for a special guided tour of the University of Glasgow's Community Gardens on Viewfield Lane.

We are delighted to invite children and their families for a visit of the gardens to learn more about ecology, urban gardening, soil and seedling.

The gardens are dedicated to growing vegetables, fruits, and herbs, and one is the home of the Gilmorehills campus beehives. They feature a greenhouse, a shed, and multiple planters and raised beds, all built by university students and staff.

This visit will be conducted by Marie Vendrome, University of Glasgow GUEST Biodiversity promoter.

This event will take place in French/Bilingual (French/English)

Date & Time: Saturday 21st May, 1pm

Meeting Point: Wellington Church of Scotland, 77 Southpark Ave, G12 8LE

*Weather permitting, parents and children are welcome to bring a small snack/picnic
